FeaturesSniping & Promoted

Sniping & the Promoted Feed

Sniping auto-buys brand-new token launches the moment they meet your quality bar. The Promoted feed is the live stream of tokens that passed your filters.

The Promoted tab

Every new token on-chain is tracked and scored in real time. The Promoted panel is where you define the rules a token must satisfy before WhalesX considers it worth buying. You get 3 presets so you can keep, say, a strict and a loose profile.

When a token passes all your gates, it’s “promoted” for you and — if sniping is on — an auto-buy fires.

What you can gate on

GroupExamples
Volume & Scoremin score, min 1m volume, min unique buyers, max hidden supply
Creator qualitymax rug-risk, min copytradability, serial-rugger block, grade-F block
Bundle / Sniperblock if bundled, max bundle buys/SOL, block if sniped, min sniper score
Devblock if dev sold early, max dev buy, dev-pumper buyer block
KOL / Traderrequire a KOL entry, require one of your target wallets to buy first
Networkblock confirmed creator-bundles, leader-follower flow signals
Rangemin/max market cap, min/max token age

All gates are blocking filters — a token must clear every enabled rule to be promoted. Tighter rules = fewer, higher-quality snipes.

The Wallets tab (Targets & Blacklist)

The Wallets tab manages two lists used by the gates above:

  • Snipe Targets — wallets you trust. Their buys boost a token’s score, and you can make “a target bought first” a hard requirement for promotion via Require trader entry in the Promoted tab.
  • Blacklist — wallets you want to avoid.
⚠️

Targets ≠ a separate auto-buy list. Adding a wallet to Targets does not make WhalesX blindly buy whatever it buys. The token still has to pass your Promoted filters. If you want pure “this wallet buys → I buy” with no quality filter, that’s Copy Trading, not Targets.

From promotion to filled order

Token passes your rules ──► promoted for you ──► snipe job built
──► signed with your trading wallet ──► sent ──► position opened
   ──► Smart Exit takes over

Your snipe buy size, slippage, priority fee, send mode and tip all come from your trading config — the same knobs as manual presets, applied automatically.

Sniping only fires when your trading mode is live and a trading wallet is set.
