Is WhalesX custodial? Can you take my funds?

No. Your trading wallet is non-custodial — its key is encrypted in a vault and used only to sign trades you’ve configured. You can export the private key anytime from Wallet → Wallet Security.

How much should I deposit?

Only what you’re comfortable trading with. The trading wallet is a hot wallet for automated execution; it covers your buys, network fees and priority tips.

What’s the difference between Snipe Targets and Copy Trading?

• Snipe Targets boost a token’s score and can be made a requirement for promotion — but the token still has to pass all your quality filters.
• Copy Trading mirrors a leader’s trades directly, with no quality filter.

If you want “this wallet buys → I buy, no questions asked”, use Copy Trading.

Does Smart Exit work on manual and copy positions too?

Yes. Smart Exit watches every open position regardless of how it was opened.

Why didn’t a token I expected get sniped?

It failed at least one of your Promoted filters. Tighten or loosen the gates in the Promoted tab and check the token’s score, creator grade, bundle/sniper flags and market-cap/age range.

What are send modes (RPC / Astralane / Falcon)?

How your transaction is delivered. RPC is a standard send. Astralane and Falcon are MEV-protected senders that require a tip/bribe and reduce the chance of being sandwiched on volatile launches.

How do I climb the leaderboard?

Trade volume on the app. The leaderboard ranks by real trading volume and resets weekly. Referrals earn you income but do not affect your trading rank.

When can I claim my rewards?

Referral fees and leaderboard rewards are claimed from the Referral and Vault areas. Claims require a Phantom signature and respect a cooldown; payouts are sent on-chain to a wallet you choose.

Which DEXes are supported?

Pumpfun, PumpSwap, Raydium (CPMM / CLMM / Launchpad) and Meteora (DBC / DAMM / DAMM v2).
